All Seasons Planning- Pavers for Gators

When the Florida Gators needed a crowning touch for the new entryway at Ben Hill Griffin stadium, they didn’t have to look far — All Seasons Planning had already completed more than a dozen projects at the university, including the University of Florida’s Oak Hammock facility, the new Emerson Alumni Hall and the recently renovated baseball plaza. Owners Jim and Chris Zuber worked with the leading area contractor, PPI Construction Management, Inc., to create the brick plaza and custom engraved granite base for the Bull Gator that now greets visitors to Florida Field — just imagine what they could do for you!

“We take the homeowner’s entire outdoor setting and turn it into a place of beauty,” Jim said. “People don’t have to be aggravated by what they see in their backyard. Once a homeowner sees what’s possible, we get a call.”

With fall’s more temperate weather approaching, it’s the perfect time to spruce up your space for this prime outdoor entertaining season. For the past 18 years, All Seasons Planning has made getting a new look for your outdoor space easier than ever. Whether it’s a pool deck, driveway, entryway or patio, you don’t have to settle for ordinary. All Seasons Planning combines artistry, quality materials and topnotch workmanship to create what the Zubers call a “paverscape.”

“Our uniformed crew starts with drainage issues, remodeling of the space as needed, installation of a new pool coping (for pool work) and finishes with the final paver product,” Jim said, describing his company’s four-step process. “Homeowners can choose from a variety of colors and shapes in both thin concrete pavers and natural Travertine and stone products. We don’t just deal with the surface of a pool deck or other area, we provide a permanent solution!”

Zuber’s portfolio includes an extensive collection of some of Gainesville’s finest homes and the South Beach estate of the late fashion designer Gianni Versace. However, he’s quick to credit his long-serving staff for their stellar reputation in the area. His trained crew is one of the few in North Florida certified by the Interlocking Concrete Paver Institute, and most of them have been with him for more than 10 years.

But all the qualifications in the world won’t do any good if you don’t enjoy what you do, because enthusiasm translates into a job well done. Nobody knows that better than the people at All Seasons Planning. “We like to see the faces of our clients when they see the transformation we achieve for them,” Jim said. “We love what we do, and it shows.”
