6. Nature. Gainesville has some great trails for a nice walk. Spring is especially nice with the dogwoods and azaleas blooming, not to mention the 70-degree days.

4. The Gainesville Book Company. Every other weekend, The Gainesville Book Company is open for all your used-book needs. You wouldn’t believe how many books they have (it’s rumored to be a quarter million), and they’re VERY cheap!
3. Pomodoro Café. Do you want some great Italian food? Go to Pomodoro’s Café on 39th Avenue. Their service is great, they have the best pasta and pizza around and it’s a great location for a very romantic date night!
2. Windsor Baptist Church. My church makes Gainesville home! The pastors Mike Redmond and Rick Cicio are great Biblicists, and we have many friends there!
